The AIOZ Web3 Vision

AIOZ decentralizes media content delivery, rethinking how Web3 media is stored, delivered, and transcoded.

Our global peer-to-peer infrastructure brings together distributed contributors that provide computing power to store, deliver, and transcode digital media. In return for contributing resources to the AIOZ Web3 Content Delivery Network (CDN), participants receive AIOZ tokens.

AIOZ DePIN

Anyone can help power the AIOZ Web3 CDN through the AIOZ DePIN app. Any internet-connected user can download and run the app to become an active contributor to the network and receive AIOZ tokens in return.

Storage and Delivery

Participants running the AIOZ DePIN CLI receive AIOZ tokens for supporting storage and delivery tasks. Rewards are based on each contributor’s available storage capacity and delivery performance over time.

Smart Delivery

AI is applied to routing decisions, selecting the most efficient delivery points across the network to serve media to end users.

Media is encrypted using uploader private keys and stored securely across the distributed network.

A data replication mechanism distributes workloads across the network to help maintain availability and resilience.

Soon, AIOZ contributors will be able to transcode media and earn additional AIOZ tokens. Transcoding is the process of converting media from one digital format to another using CPUs or GPUs. Its purpose is to improve compatibility so media can be played across a wide range of devices.

Transcoding is a compute-intensive process and a critical part of live streaming infrastructure. To support this efficiently, AIOZ distributes transcoding workloads across the CPUs and GPUs contributed by the network. This removes reliance on a single centralized point, enabling low-latency, high-performance streaming with meaningful cost savings for media dApps.

AIOZ DePIN App Future

AIOZ is building a Web3 CDN and continuously upgrading the network. Here is what the future of AIOZ Network looks like:

S3 Compatibility: Storage for the internet.

Horizontal Scalability: A multi-hub architecture will improve media transfer across the network.

Self-healing: Data is duplicated across the network to maintain replication and improve service reliability.

Smart Caching: Hyperlocation is used to cache data closer to delivery destinations.

Multi-codec Adaptive Bitrate Streaming: Image, audio, video, and live streaming can adapt more smoothly to slower connections, with support for static content hosting as well.

Bandwidth Sharing: Traffic relaying can be applied to support VPN infrastructure.
